Compensation: Competitive Base (Depending on Experience) + Uncapped Commission (Expected £50k OTE)

What You’ll Be Doing (The Day-to-Day)

• Drive New Business: Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B partnerships across our Cars, Home Services, For Sale, or Property categories.

• Own the Full Cycle: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial cold outreach and discovery to negotiation and onboarding.

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute an authentic, individualized sales strategy to hit and exceed high-volume outbound targets.

• Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of prospective businesses and articulate how Gumtree’s platform can act as a catalyst for their growth.
