Title: Residential Cleaner Wanted — Self-Employed — London — £14–16/hr

Forma Home Services is a professional residential cleaning company operating across London. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced, self-employed cleaners who take pride in their work and want consistent, well-paid jobs.

This is a self-employed contractor role — no fixed schedule, no employment contract. You pick up the work that suits you and get paid weekly without fail.

The Role:

  • Cleaning residential properties across London to a high standard
  • Communicating with our operations team to keep jobs running smoothly
  • Representing Forma Home Services professionally with every client

What We Pay:

  • £14–16 per hour based on experience and performance
  • Weekly pay straight to your bank account
  • Performance bonuses available

What We Need From You:

  • At least 3 years experience in housekeeping or residential cleaning
  • Your own cleaning kit and supplies — essential
  • Basic English, spoken and written
  • Valid right to work in the UK — student visas cannot be accepted for self-employed roles
  • A smartphone with internet access
  • Available weekdays between 10am and 6pm and weekends on rotation

Work Available:

  • Fortnightly and weekly home cleans
  • One-off deep cleans
  • End-of-tenancy cleans
  • Airbnb and short-let property turnovers

Location: We operate London-wide and will allocate jobs as close to your location as possible.
