Part-Time Customer Service Assistant
Gutter Centre – Huntingdon (PE28 5XN)
Starting Pay: £12.71 per hour (£15,862 per year)
Hours: 24 hours a week, Wednesday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: In person, at our Huntingdon office. There is no public transport to our site, so you’ll need your own car.

About us
Gutter Centre supplies guttering and rainwater systems to trade and home customers across the UK. We’re a small, friendly team, so you’ll get plenty of support and won’t just be a number.
What you’ll do
Answer customer calls and emails
Give prices and product information
Prepare quotes and help with estimating enquiries
Chase deliveries and keep customers updated
Check stock and deliveries with suppliers
Add new products to our website
Pack and post samples and orders
What we’re looking for
A friendly, helpful attitude
Good spoken and written English
Comfortable using computers, email and the internet
Happy to work on your own and as part of a team
Keen to learn
Customer service experience is a bonus but not essential. Part-time, Saturday or volunteering experience all count.
Requirements
Aged 18 or over
GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 (C) or above
A full UK driving licence and access to a car. There’s no public transport to our site.
