Full job description

KABEC Plumbing & Heating Ltd a family run business are seeking a full time cards in reliable tradesperson to join our existing team on a long term basis as a Gutter and Rainwater installer / Core Driller, working primarily on new build housing and commercial sites within a 45 mile radius of the Wigan area.

The role involves installing guttering systems, and rainwater pipes as well as carrying out core drilling through brick and block walls. You will be working closely with site managers and other trades to deliver high-quality installations that meet the site requirements and deadlines.

The successful candidate must be able to work to a high standard, be happy to work alone or in a team, organised, able to liaise with our supervisor and site management.

Work undertaken on new build sites will be paid on a price work rate or the agreed day rate (experience dependant)

Main Duties:

  • Install guttering and rainwater systems
  • Work safely at heights and follow site H&S rules
  • Read site/plans/ drawings as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in guttering and rainwater installations (preferred)
  • Core drilling experience (training can be given)
  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Full UK Drivers licence
  • CIS subcontractors welcome (must provide own vehicle)
