About Us

We’ve been one of London’s leading property maintenance companies for over 15 years, delivering reactive and planned maintenance services to residential and commercial clients across the capital.

With ambitious growth plans, we’re focused on working with skilled, reliable tradespeople who take pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.

We manage thousands of maintenance jobs every month and operate 24/7, 365 days a year, providing responsive support to homeowners, landlords, managing agents, and commercial businesses.

The Role

Our team provides a wide range of roofing, carpentry, and property maintenance services to residential and commercial properties. You’ll receive a steady flow of confirmed bookings matched to your skills and experience.

You’ll be paid for your time on-site, as well as time spent collecting parts and materials.

Strong customer communication is essential. You’ll be expected to explain issues clearly, recommend suitable remedial solutions, and provide accurate fixed-price quotations where needed.

Our bespoke software system allows engineers to manage their own workload efficiently while remaining fully supported by our office-based Technical Managers, who are available to provide technical guidance and arrange additional resources for larger or more complex projects.

We aim to allocate work within your local area whenever possible. However, you should be willing to travel across London and around the M25 when required. Participation in a cyclical evening and weekend on-call rota is also required.
