Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Qualified Multi-skilled Trades Person to join our team. This role requires a broad range of skills across various trades, contributing to the construction, maintenance, and repair of diverse projects.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to adapt quickly to different tasks. This position is essential in ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely project completion while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Salary is based on either day rate dependant on skill set or a fixed price per project

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skilled trades including carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, and electrical work to support ongoing projects.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks with precision and quality.
• All roofing, guttering, fascia sottit works.
• Conservatory Installs and uPVC /Composite doors and windows
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan work sequences, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in the installation of fixtures, fittings, and structural elements to various projects

Skills

• Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, electrical systems, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools operation
• Ability to follow documented instruction of works
• Good problem-solving and proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and contractors.
• Commitment to safety standards and best practices in all aspects of work.
• CSCS card
