We are looking for full-time General Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team to help maintain our properties and developments independently. An exciting opportunity for career progression within a fast growing business with supervisory roles available for the right person after time served.

This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance within sites across London and South East and acts as a crucial link between the residents ensuring that their buildings are maintained to the highest standards.

A willingness to travel to our sites is essential - primarily working within clean communal areas of residential blocks of apartments.

Using our tablet reporting software – all works are recorded and detailed in a report along with generating additional works found onsite – and quoted on.

The tasks include but not limited to; painting/decorating, tiling, plastering, general building/fabric maintenance, basic plumbing, leak Investigations, replacing locks, paving, minor roofing/guttering and a willingness to assist other specialist skilled trades.

It is critical that good communication and high levels of attention to detail is provided.

An ability to use tablet based app for job allocations and job card reports essential.

Having the full skillsets as defined above is preferable but not essential as onsite training and external courses are available.
