We are currently recruiting for Process Operators to work within our market leading Manufactures of UPVC fascias, soffits, guttering, cladding and window boards for the social housing, newbuild and trade construction market.

Shift Patterns

This is a continental shift pattern 0600 – 1800 and 1800 – 0600 days and nights which repeats on a 4 weekly basis

Job Role

Packing of finished product for transport onto the warehouse. Assisting with technical roles on shift as required.

  • Packing and banding production as required by the manufacturing plan
  • Monitoring quality – inspecting, measuring and recording
  • Changing / replenishing polyfilm as required
  • Accurate completion of paperwork
  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
  • Contributing effectively to your team
  • Additional duties when required :-
  • Completing size changes
  • Moving stillages through the tunnel
  • Completing basic CIL tasks
  • Assisting with run ups – removing waste.
  • Any other tasks you have the time, ability, and it is safe to do.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Be able to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Good communication skills

This is a physical role and does involve some aspects of lifting of products.
