Full job description

Danmarque Garages are nationwide providers of garage refurbishment services with our head office based in Bury, Manchester.

We are looking for experienced garage roof installers or garage roofers to join our growing company to create their own garage refurbishment team. As team leader, your team will consist of you and one labourer.

You will work on a sub-contract basis with guarantees of 4-5 days of work every week.

Each team receives a highly competitive daily rate based on location of the work plus allowances for fuel & accommodation.

Your Roles & Working Hours

You will be required to work 4-5 days a week undertaking one garage refurbishment project per day (or over two days for larger projects). You will lead your team in completing project requirements on a per-job basis.

You are expected to arrive on-site at 8am until project completion. Experienced fitters complete projects in around 4 hours.

Your roles will include (but are not limited to):

- Replacing pitched and flat garage roofs on domestic garages

- Replacing uPVC Fascia & Guttering

- Installing uPVC Windows and Personal Access Doors

- Replacing Garage Doors (All Types)

Previous Experience

Although training can be provided for some roles, experience in fitting/installing new garage roofs or roles listed above is essential. Relevant trades may be considered.

You and/or your labourer must hold a valid UK driving license and be able to drive long-wheel base vans.

Labourers can be sourced internally if not able to bring your own.
