Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofing team or individual to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves various roofing tasks, generally re-roofing existing pitched roofing including removing existing tiles, felt and batten and replacing with new. New tiles are typically Marley Modern or similar.

We can offer flexible payment terms and prefer to engage with Roofing teams on price work.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake domestic roofing replacements including fascia, soffits and guttering.
  • Undertake flat roofing replacement, single ply insulated system with EPDM membrane.
  • Perform masonry tasks as required, including removing chimneys.
  • Leadwork skills as and where required
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Carry out heavy lifting tasks as needed throughout the day.

Experience

  • Previous experience in roofing or construction is required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in roofing and construction work.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings related to roofing projects.
  • Experience in masonry or carpentry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A strong commitment to safety practices on-site is essential.
  • CSCS card required as a minimum.
