Skilled Labourer

Immediate Start Available

AVI Property Services is looking for a skilled labourer to join our growing team.

We carry out a wide range of external property maintenance and repair work across Lancashire, working on both domestic and commercial properties.

Our work includes:

  • Roofing repairs
  • Chimney repairs and repointing
  • Full property repointing
  • Flat roofing (EPDM)
  • Fascias, soffits & guttering (roofline)
  • Lead work and flashing repairs
  • Brickwork repairs
  • Wall tie replacement
  • General external property repairs and maintenance

As we continue to grow, we aim to become specialists in:

  • Wall tie replacement
  • Repointing
  • Structural masonry repairs
  • Chimney restoration

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous construction experience (essential)
  • Be confident working at height
  • Be physically fit and able to carry heavy materials
  • Have a good work ethic and take pride in their work
  • Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
  • Hold a full UK driving licence or be able to meet each morning in Kirkham
