HEAD INSTALLER / HIGHLY EXPERIENCED ROOFER – FULL TIME.

We are looking for 2-4 exceptional roofers to join our growing team, with the ability to work as a Head Installer / Team Leader.

This is NOT a labouring position or a role for someone who still requires training or needs to work alongside another experienced roofer to complete jobs.

Please DO NOT apply if:

• You have only been roofing for a few years
• Your experience is mainly as a roofer’s labourer or skilled labourer
• You require another roofer alongside you for guidance or training
• You cannot independently complete roofing work to an extremely high standard
• You are unreliable, regularly absent or not fit for work
• You do not take cleanliness, presentation and customer service seriously

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want high-level, career roofers who take serious pride in their work.

You must be capable of taking responsibility for a job from start to finish, leading other installers and ensuring the finished job meets our company standards without needing someone constantly checking your work.

You must have:

• Extensive roofing experience – ideally 10+ years
• The ability and experience to lead and run a roofing team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Extremely high standards of workmanship
• Serious pride in the finished product
• The ability to diagnose problems and make decisions independently on site
• A clean, organised and professional way of working
• The ability to keep the site, van and working area clean and tidy throughout the job
• A professional and tidy appearance
• Willingness to wear full company uniform every day
• Excellent reliability and timekeeping
• A polite and respectful attitude towards customers and their properties
• Confidence working at height
• A full UK driving licence strongly preferred

YOU MUST BE HIGHLY EXPERIENCED IN:

• Pitched roofing – tile and slate
• Full roof replacements
• Flat roofing
• Chimney work
• Leadwork
• Roof repairs and fault finding
• Fascias, soffits and guttering
• Dry ridge and dry verge systems
• General roofing and roofline installation

We are looking for someone who can be given a job, a team and the required information and be trusted to run that installation properly from start to finish.

STANDARDS

Our reputation is extremely important to us.

We expect our installers to treat every customer’s property as if it were their own. That means excellent workmanship, attention to detail, clean installations, clean sites and professional behaviour around customers at all times.

Leaving rubbish around site, poor presentation, cutting corners or accepting “that’ll do” workmanship is not acceptable.

We provide company uniform and expect it to be worn. Our installers represent the company whenever they are on site.

You must be reliable, professional and fit for work at all times.

We work across the West Midlands, primarily around Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Balsall Common, Solihull, Coventry and Stratford-upon-Avon.

We are prepared to pay properly for the right person. However, we are only interested in genuinely experienced roofers capable of producing first-class work and leading a team.
