We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with strong carpentry skills to join a well-established social housing contractor carrying out planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across Southeast London and Kent.

The Role

  • Planned maintenance and refurbishment works in occupied properties
  • Carpentry as your main trade
  • Patch Plastering
  • Painting & decorating
  • Brickwork repairs
  • Rendering & pointing
  • Fencing
  • Guttering and roofline repairs

What You'll Need

  • Strong carpentry background
  • Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance
  • Multi-trade experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Able to work independently and deliver quality work
