We are looking for an Experienced multitrader to work on projects with responsibility for day to day progress, whilst reporting directly to the Operations Manager who will oversee your projects and support in providing appropriate resources and materials as and when required.

You could be a Multi Skilled Technician, confident in a variety of aspects of on-site construction, able to work accurately and safely to plans. You will take real pride in the quality of your work, still maintain the energy and enthusiasm to work at a fast pace to ensure works are completed on time, to the required standards. You will have experience of working on refurbishment / new build / restoration projects within the building/ construction industry, the most important attributes are your all-round building skills.

Essential Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
• Owning essential tools to carry out a variety of work.
• Full clean driving license.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Proven experience as a Multi-Trader.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.
• You must live within a maximum 60 minute commute from central Brighton.

Ideal Skill Set

• Wet trade multitrader with experience of framing, tacking, skimming and external rendering and repairs.
• Ability to perform external repairs such as minor guttering, minor roofing repairs and ground works.

Beneficial Requirements

• NVQ.
• City & Guilds/ time-served.
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable).
• Knowledge of trade specific processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
• First Aid and Health and Safety Qualifications.

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30, overtime available
