Gymnastics Instructor – Leading Children’s Movement & Development Gym

This is an incredible opportunity to combine a passion of teaching and gymnastics with a focus on child development

We are recruiting for an instructor to join an industry leading brand within the child fitness sector. This company work with children from 4 months to 12 years old, not only helping them develop their physical literacy, but also helping them build key life skills like teamwork, being a team player, sharing and leadership through movement-based learning and imaginative play.

Their tailored programming and curriculum is based around three dimensional learning, these being 'Get Moving', 'Brain Boost' and 'Citizen Kid'. This teaches a child to develop key areas that will support them later in life.

With over 45 years in the industry, this organisation brings a wealth of experience, passion, and knowledge to the children they teach!

They are now looking for the next superstar to join their journey and help impact the next generation.

As an instructor you will be hosting a whole range of classes including gymnastics, tumbling and movement. You will be working closely with parents, feeding back, and advising on their children’s progress and development.

You will:

You will need to have significant experience in gymnastics at a high level and experience in teaching as well as basic experience in spotting gymnastics skills on beam, bars and floor - lesson plans will be provided to you.

A huge passion for supporting children and their development

Support with admin duties, cleaning and keeping the centre at an impeccable standard

Bring a can-do attitude to everything you do

Be flexible with hours – evening and weekend work required


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
