Full job description

At Dual Fitness Training, we don’t just help people get fitter—we help them become stronger, more confident, and proud of who they are again.

And that starts with our team.

We’re not a big-box gym. We’re not a revolving door of clients and coaches.
We’re a close-knit, high-performing environment where every member is known by name, every win is celebrated, and every person matters.

To our clients, this place feels like a second home.
To our team, it feels like family.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about people.

Not just someone who can coach a squat or count reps—but someone who can:

  • Notice when a member is having a tough day
  • Celebrate the small wins others would overlook
  • Build real relationships, not just deliver sessions

You’ll be delivering personal and semi-private training sessions, supporting members on their journey, and playing a key role in maintaining the culture that makes this place special.

What Makes This Different

Most gyms focus on volume.

We focus on people.

That means:

  • You’ll work with the same members consistently
  • You’ll build genuine relationships (not just transactions)
  • You’ll be part of a supportive, tight-knit team
  • You’ll never be “just another PT on the gym floor”

This is a place where:

  • Members stay for years, not weeks
  • Coaches are valued, developed, and respected
  • The environment is built on trust, empathy, and high standards

Who This Is For

This role is for you if:

  • You’re naturally empathetic and people-focused
  • You genuinely care about helping others improve their lives
  • You want to be part of something bigger than yourself
  • You value community over ego
  • You take pride in delivering a premium experience
  • Hold a valid level 2 or level 3 certificate in fitness instructing/personal training

Who This Isn’t For

This probably isn’t for you if:

  • You just want to “do sessions and go home”
  • You’re more interested in yourself than the people you serve
  • You prefer working in a large, impersonal gym environment

What You’ll Get

  • A steady flow of clients (no chasing leads)
  • A supportive, team-first environment
  • Ongoing development and mentorship
  • A role where your work actually matters
  • The chance to change lives—every single day

The Bottom Line

We’re building something special here.

A place where people feel seen, supported, and pushed to become their best.

If that excites you—
and you want to be part of a team that feels like a second family—

We’d love to hear from you.
