HGV Class 2 (C) Rigid Driver – Medium/Long Distance | £40k p.a. | Based in Droitwich

EFS Global works from over 30 key depots along with our headquarters in Burnley.

We’re looking for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 (C) Rigid Drivers to join our team based in Droitwich. The role primarily involves medium and long-distance single and multidrop deliveries, using Mercedes and DAF rigid vehicles with curtain sides and tail lifts. Most roles will include some nights out, although there is limited availability for day-only drivers. This is a Monday to Friday position, with occasional weekend work available. You’ll be part of a compliant, well-managed operation that offers ongoing support and training.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Aged 23 and over
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar HGV Class 2 work
  • Holds full, valid Category C (Class 2) license, Driver CPC, and Tacho card
  • Comfortable with nights out and medium/long distance delivery work
  • Confident using curtain-side vehicles and tail lifts
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of transport legislation and working time directives
  • Committed to safe and efficient working practices

Base Location: Droitwich Working Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work) Night Out Work Required: Yes (some day driver positions available)
