We have grown to become one of the UK’s most respected butchers, supplying some of the country’s finest chefs and restaurants alongside our loyal retail and home customers. Our mission is simple: to provide every professional chef and home cook with exceptional food. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to quality meat, transparent and sustainable supply chains, and the promotion of responsible farming practices.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and support our busy butchering and food production business, which employs approximately 240 people. This is a hands-on operational HR role focused on employee relations, policy management, compliance and supporting managers with day-to-day people matters. This position is centred on ensuring HR processes are delivered effectively and in line with employment legislation.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes.
- Monitor absence and attendance management processes.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems and documentation.
- Support audits and ensure HR records meet requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
