About the Role
Working as part of the people team, you’ll coordinate, develop and deliver learning and development initiatives across AutoProtect Group. You’ll work closely with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts and project teams to identify learning needs and ensure employees have access to high-quality, inclusive and engaging learning opportunities.
You’ll support the full learning lifecycle—from training design and facilitation through to administration, reporting and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Learning Strategy & Development
- Support delivery of the Group Learning & Development strategy
- Identify learning needs with stakeholders across the business
- Develop training solutions aligned to operational, sales, customer service and compliance requirements
- Keep learning approaches current by introducing best practice and innovative methods
Learning Design & Delivery
- Coordinate and maintain a blended learning curriculum
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, workbooks and learning resources
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop and co-deliver training programmes
- Facilitate learning sessions where appropriate across a range of topics
Learning Operations
- Manage and coordinate the training calendar across the Group
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain training records, reporting and learner data
- Coordinate with external providers and training partners
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor participation, completion and training effectiveness
- Produce learning insights and management reporting
- Support onboarding, induction and compliance training
- Contribute to talent development, mentoring and career pathway initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential
✔ Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, Learning Specialist or a similar role
✔ Experience designing and delivering learning programmes across multiple formats
✔ Experience managing or administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
✔ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
✔ Experience measuring training effectiveness and producing reporting
✔ Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Experience within an FCA-regulated environment
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360)
- Experience supporting onboarding and compliance learning
- Relevant Learning & Development qualification (CIPD, TAP, Train the Trainer or equivalent)
