Where You Make An Impact:

  • Manage and configure Workday in accordance with business requirements and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the HRIS and implement changes to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement Workday functions and processes.
  • Assist in training HR staff and other stakeholders on the use of Workday.
  • Lead projects for the implementation of new features or integration of the HRIS with other systems.
  • Work with the IT team to resolve technical issues, perform upgrades, and support system integrations.
  • Create reports, analyses, and dashboards from the HRIS to present HR metrics and KPIs, and support HR management in decision-making

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:

  • Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday modules.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience in project work and project management.
  • US payroll and benefits experience is a plus
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and conduct training sessions.
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
