Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner (part-time) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers various hours suitable for individuals seeking part-time employment, with an emphasis on delivering high standards of cleanliness in a professional environment. Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is essential. The position is ideal for those who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a tidy, welcoming space.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas to meet hygiene standards.
  • Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low.
  • Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and stored securely after use.

Qualifications

We have 2 positions available both Monday - Saturday 8am till 10am. One is in Hadleigh, Essex and the other is in Southend on sea.

As this job is part time this is more suited to those who live in the local area.

Must have full driving licence and own vehicle

Must have a least 2 years commercial cleaning experience
