HADLEIGH GLASS REQUIRE WINDOW & DOOR FABRICATORS

Due to continued growth we are now looking for new fabricators to join our team, based at our manufacturing facility in Hadleigh (Suffolk).

We are looking for hard-working and physically fit individuals, with a desire to learn and develop. Individuals must be reliable and take pride in their work, striving to produce quality in every aspect of their duties.

We manufacture Aluminium Windows, Doors, Patios and Bi-folds products across the range from the market leading, SMARTS Aluminium Systems. Full training would be provided by our Training Managers, with structured learning and modules to track progress against targets and regular assessment, linked to progression in the role.

The company continues to expand our supply into domestic, trade and commercial markets across the local area and we pride ourselves on exceptional quality which begins with our fabricators. We have a strong pipeline of work and believe this role offers an excellent, long term employment opportunity for the right individuals(s).

A competitive hourly rate, production-linked bonuses and weekly overtime (at 1.5 rate) are being offered alongside strong progression prospects.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
