Leyton House Professional is expanding across the UK, and we’re looking for a passionate Hairdressing Technical Educator to join our growing team.

Covering: Dorset, Somerset, Hampshire & Wiltshire

  • SOUTH EAST/WEST Part-time: 3 days per week
  • SCOTLAND Part-time: 2 days per week
  • Immediate Start
  • Potential overnight travel required (approx. 2 nights per month)

About the Role

This role is more than education, it’s influence, creativity, and business growth.

You’ll work closely with DISTRIBUTORS & SALON across your territory to:

✨ Deliver inspiring education, colour workshops & product training
✨ Build strong long-term salon relationships
✨ Drive sales through technical excellence
✨ Represent and grow the Leyton House Professional brand
✨ Support salons with innovation, trends & business development

What We’re Looking For

✔ NVQ Level 3 qualified Hairdresser
✔ Minimum 6 years salon experience
✔ Strong educator, presenter & communicator
✔ Advanced colour, cutting & styling skills
✔ Passion for the professional hair industry
✔ Commercial mindset with a drive for growth
✔ Organised, energetic & self-motivated
✔ Full UK Driver’s Licence preferred
