The Role

We are seeking an ambitious professional with a passion for hair and customer service excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, team-focused professional with strong experience as a Senior Stylist, a proven background in salon management, and the ability to lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing team.

As Salon Manager & Senior Stylist, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the salon, support and develop the team, maintain excellent standards, and ensure clients receive an outstanding experience every time.

You will be confident delivering a wide range of hairdressing services, supporting the team in achieving targets and KPIs, and helping drive both service and retail performance.

Experience and Skills

  • NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the hair industry.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Stylist or above.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in salon management, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to achieve the highest standards in the industry.
  • A passion for client care and innovative hair services.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, mentor and drive a high-performing team.
  • The ability to manage the salon professionally and use your own initiative.
  • The ability to administer, direct and co-ordinate daily salon activities.
  • Confidence in evaluating, supporting and improving employee performance.
  • The ability to help your team reach their KPIs.
  • Advanced hairdressing skills and confidence delivering a wide range of services.
  • The ability to upsell services and retail products.
  • A trustworthy, reliable and punctual approach.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic and highly presentable manner.
  • The ability to follow direction from the Company Director and carry out instructions effectively.
