Salon Assistant / Apprentice – Full Time

Location: 157-159 Ewell Road, Surbiton, KT6 6AW

We are looking for a motivated Salon Assistant / Apprentice to join our professional and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start or develop your career in hairdressing, gaining hands-on experience in a busy salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable and well looked after
  • Assist stylists with day-to-day tasks, including shampooing, rinsing, and prepping for services
  • Support with colour application and styling under guidance
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, including workstations, reception, and client areas
  • Serve refreshments and attend to client comfort and wellbeing
  • Learn and develop hairdressing skills through on-the-job training and apprenticeship programs

Requirements:

  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
