Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for hair styling and a strong desire to learn and grow within the beauty industry. As a Junior Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their hair care needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment.

Duties

  • Provide hair styling services, including cutting and styling.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on hair care products and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills in hair extensions
  • Offer safe careful removals of hair extensions.
  • Mentor and assist new team members as required, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not essential; recent graduates from hairdressing schools or apprenticeships are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • A keen interest in hair trends, techniques, and products is essential. With a focus on hair extensions in particular.
