Job Summary

We have a rare opportunity to join our busy team at Reflections Brockworth.

As a Stylist, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, creating everything from classic to avant garde.

To excel in this role you will :

  • Have in-salon experience of cutting hair for a minimum of 3 years (not suitable for unexperienced Stylists/Apprentices ).
  • Have strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Be able to create bespoke cuts and styles suited to a diverse range of clients.
  • Be personable and able to build a rapport with clients for long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Enjoy assisting with the day to day running of a successful salon.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out hair cutting, colouring, and styling services to meet client needs.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs.
  • Assist in salon management tasks including stock inventory.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost sales.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
