This role is a limited term appointment for 18 months.

As an Emergency Services Joint Control Room Operator, you’ll be the vital link between the public and emergency services, handling urgent calls and dispatching critical assistance. In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, your communication and computer skills will help coordinate life-saving responses across Police, Fire, and Ambulance teams.
Join a highly trained, supportive team where every shift has an impact. You’ll receive specialist training and have the chance to qualify as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher and an Emergency Fire Dispatcher, gaining valuable skills while playing a key role in protecting lives.
