Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter / Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Decorator who has progressed to posse a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to tackle various tasks around residential and commercial properties. This role requires a proactive individual who is capable of working independently and efficiently to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out decoration works as and when required
  • Form part of installation teams when required
  • Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
  • Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Strong decoration background
  • Ability to take lead decoration role on small schemes
  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good physical condition and stamina for manual labour tasks.
  • Valid driving licence is a must for transportation between job sites.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
