Full job description

We're a small Property Management company based in Bromley with properties all across London. The role is best suited for a semi retired individual looking to keep busy and active. Typically the jobs you'll be tending to are listed below:

  • Decorating
  • Minor plumbing works e.g. toilet siphons, blocked drains, new taps etc
  • Blocking up any holes if there have been mice sightings
  • Basic carpentry
  • Fencing repairs
  • Routine inspections on properties to keep on top of any maintenance that may be needed

We have an office off Bickley where you can come to in between jobs. All of our properties are kept to a very good standard and we respond to our Tenants maintenance requests quickly and efficiently, the suitable candidate should excel in their customer service skills and be able to diagnose a fault and repair/ replace without much disruption to our tenants.

Working hours will be Tuesday and Thursday, 8.30am - 2.30pm. We can change these hours if required to suit your needs

Applicants will be provided with a vehicle and tools. Company laptop, uniform and mobile phone will also be provided.
