Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman to join our team immediately. This essential role involves performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across various facilities.

We are looking for a handyman with the following skills;

- Good painting and decorating skills

- Good general maintenance person skills

-good level of carpentry skills

-Someone who takes pride in their work and provides an excellent finish.

-Independent thinking

-Excellent communication skills

Our tradesmen are all highly professional, discrete, well presented and fully insured.

Requisites:

As you will be working as a subcontractor, you will be paid via CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) weekly. It is good if you already are registered as a subcontractor with HMRC but if not you will be required to register as quickly as possible.

You will need to have your own public liability insurance.

You will need to provide references or proven track records of positive feedback.
