ROLE: Handyman
HOURS: Full-Time
LOCATION: Balderstone, Blackburn

We're looking for a Handyman to provide delivery of facilities services across commercial and industrial environments at our Balderstone site. • Carry out general minor maintenance tasks across the site.
• Act as the first responder for maintenance issues, ensuring assets are made safe and isolated where required.
• Complete minor building repairs including door handles, door closers, window handles, blind repairs, wall repairs, floor repairs and trip hazard repairs.
• Undertake minor fabric maintenance works to support the efficient operation of the facility.
• Carry out minor plumbing tasks including toilet seat replacements, flush repairs, tap revivers and trap cleaning.

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Full, current UK driving licence.
• Background in facilities maintenance within a similar environment.
• Qualified in one of the building trades.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
