Tekton Joinery and Construction are looking for reliable, experienced, highly motivated individuals to carry out refurbishment and renovation works on residential properties.

Long term contracts

Work based from Brighton to Bognor

Must have own tools and van

Good rates of pay

Job Description:
Multi- Trader

As a Multi-Trader, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks across multiple trades, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within specified deadlines. You will work on a wide range of projects to both void and tenanted properties whether residential or commercial and be a key part of our on-site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete repairs, maintenance, and installations as required.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
  • Deliver a high standard of workmanship, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional approach at all times, upholding company values and customer service standards.

Trades required for this role include:

  • Carpentry: Kitchens, Doors Etc
  • Tiling
  • Plastering preferred
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plumbing: Full Bathroom replacements or some of toilets, sinks and basins, repair leaks, taps, showers, waste pipes, isolation valves, stopcocks.
  • General Property Maintenance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or in a similar role.
  • Competence in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and decorating (additional skills are a bonus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • A full UK driving license
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service.
