Full job description

**CARE HOME EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL**

We are a small, 23 beds Care Home and are currently looking for a Caretaker/Handyman, hours 16 per week.

We are looking for someone with a range of handyman skills to carry out preventative and planned maintenance as well as routine jobs and repairs around the home, fixtures, fittings, premises and grounds/gardening, water testing etc.

You will also be computer literate and be able to upload relevant maintenance information to our computer software.

We are looking for the right person to join our team. You will need to be sensitive to the needs of our residents and work as part of our team in making our Care Home a great place to live and work.

You may be required to attend emergencies out of regular working hours.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
