Overview

As a Handyman/woman, you’ll carry out practical repairs, maintenance and improvement work across a range of building tasks. You’ll assess jobs, choose suitable tools and materials, work carefully and leave each area tidy and safe. Must have own tools and transport

Duties

  • Complete repairs and improvements involving carpentry, plumbing, masonry and construction painting.
  • use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Check completed work, identify further maintenance needs and keep colleagues informed of progress.

Your impact: Reliable repairs help colleagues and building users enjoy safer, more functional spaces.

Qualifications

Required: Practical ability to use hand tools and power tools safely, assess repair tasks, and work carefully across general maintenance duties. Preferred: Experience or skills in carpentry, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, fabrication will help you take on a broader range of jobs.

Pay: £22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
