- Driving College vehicles, including vans and minibuses, when required.
- Working closely with colleagues, contractors, emergency services and other stakeholders to ensure a responsive and high-quality Estates service.
- Supporting College events and open evenings where required.
About You
We are looking for someone with practical maintenance experience and a can do attitude who takes pride in providing a high-quality service.

You will need to be:
- Practical, proactive and confident in identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
- Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload, often responding to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety and committed to maintaining safe environments.
- Flexible in your approach to working hours, including occasional evening work.
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work at height and in confined spaces where required.
- A full clean driving licence holder.
A relevant Level 2 qualification in a construction or maintenance trade would be desirable, although candidates who are willing to undertake relevant training will also be considered.
