Full job description

We value our employees and are committed to creating a supportive and professional environment where individuals can develop and thrive and we are currently seeking an experienced Joiner/Multi Skilled Trades Person to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out all aspect of joinery repairs
  • Complete multi-skilled works for general repairs including but not limited to plastering, electrical works
  • Undertake work associated damp and mould remediation
  • Remove and replace damaged materials including skirting, doors, kitchen units and boxing
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally to a high standard
  • Accurately complete job sheets and records using handheld devices when required

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within social housing
  • Skilled in joinery with additional multi trade experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
  • Full UK driving license
