Job Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Multi Trade Operative to carry out refurbishments, repairs and maintenance within social housing properties across Nottingham areas.

We deliver high-quality repairs, maintenance, and restoration works for our client in Void properties and a professional approach, strong workmanship, and excellent communication skills are essential.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Multi trade Operative to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and career within a long established professional and growing business . The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and contributing positively to the team’s objectives.

Duties

  • Kitchen installations and refurbishments
  • Bathroom upgrades
  • Stripping out
  • Plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • External decorations ( fencing and guttering )
  • Window and door replacements
  • Fire safety compliance works
  • Healthy Homes and Retrofit
  • Whole House refurbishment works
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of operations by following established procedures and protocols.
  • Participate fully, offering insights and feedback to improve processes.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Social Housing and building maintenance
