Full job description

Kentlincs is seeking to employ a Handyman/Multi-trader.

The role involves working in childcare settings, offices, and other building establishments.
A full Enhanced DBS will be required to be able to work in some of the settings.

Tasks are planned and reactive maintenance including project works and you will be asked to work across all departments where your skills are required.

At times some of the tasks require overnight stays, weekend and late night/evening working.
We are an established facilities company where we would look to employ someone who is reliable, professional and has a passion for delivering client excellence.
A full driving licence will be required due to travelling around the country to the various settings, a company vehicle will be provided.
Duties to include:
General handyman and multi-trade tasks, including plumbing, electrics, carpentry, WC systems and general building works.
Salary: £28,000 - (up to £30,000.00. depending on experience) per annum
Working hours: 8am to 6pm including breaks and travel time
Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays
Pension Scheme: Optional
Overtime: available
