Life Insurance Lead Generation Specialist (English Speaking)

Remote Working | Weekly Pay | Commission-Only – High Earnings Potential!

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced cold callers and lead generator.

If you’ve got a strong phone presence, a results-driven attitude, and thrive on commission-based earnings — this is your chance to make serious money from home.

Requirements

  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation (ideally in life insurance or financial services).
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • A PC or laptop (Windows or Mac – Chromebooks not supported).
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Headset with microphone.
  • Immediate start available.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for generating qualified hotkey leads for life insurance policies.
This is a commission-only role — but high-performing agents routinely earn £600–£700+ per week.

You’ll receive training and full support to help you succeed.

Earnings & Incentives

  • £30–£35 per qualified hotkey generated

Hit 20 hotkeys per week (just 4 per day) = £600 guaranteed
Maintain a 40%+ conversion rate to sales = £700/week or more
Once you hit 20 hotkeys in a week, your rate increases to £35–£40 per hotkey for the remainder of that week.

Hotkey Pay Structure:

  • Conversion rate under 40% → £30/hotkey
  • Conversion rate over 40% → £35/hotkey
  • Over 20 hotkeys per week → £35–£40/hotkey

Your Day-to-Day

  • Make 250+ outbound calls per day.
  • Maintain an average call time of at least 60 seconds.
  • Generate hotkeys only from qualified leads — customers genuinely interested and without serious medical conditions.
  • Maintain consistent, high-quality performance and professionalism.

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently achieve 8+ hotkeys per week to stay in position.
  • Missing targets may result in up to three performance warnings before termination (as the company incurs server costs for non-performing dialers).
  • Remember — our reputation is in your hands. Quality comes first!

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm
  • Early finish on Fridays (around 3:00 pm!)
