KITCHEN STAFF - WE ARE HIRING!!

We are very excited to begin our search for back of house staff at The Hard Rock Cafe Edinburgh!

Chef/Kitchen Team Member is responsible for maintaining smooth operation of all kitchen shifts.

Basic functions include:

Perform opening and closing duties for the kitchen.

Perform shifts on Grill, Salad, Fry or Expo stations to ensure food is prepared according to spec and served in timely manners.

Ensure employees follow safety, sanitation and security procedures.

Communicate regularly with Kitchen Manager regarding issues and suggestions related to product, people and performance.
