We are looking for bright, personable and hard-working individuals to add to our team at our fancy restaurant, Joppa Rocks, in Portobello, Edinburgh.

We are looking for all-rounders who will be comfortable on floor ideally with at least a few year's experience.

If you love hospitality and would thrive in a fancy environment serving food and drinks in the sun by the sea, then we're looking for you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure food safety standards are upheld during all stages of food handling and service.
  • Utilise hospitality skills to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
  • Demonstrate upselling techniques to enhance the dining experience for customers.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and maintain a smooth dining service flow.
