Harvester jobs in Essex

Burnt House Vineyard is a 30 acre vineyard growing grapes for both still and traditional method sparkling wine. We're looking for harvest workers to join our team for a temporary period for picking grapes.

We currently anticipate grape picking to start in the last week of August. Please note this is not full time work, picking days will vary over August, September and October. We will always confirm exact picking dates the week before.

The role will include;

• Picking grapes.
• Monday to Friday between 8am – 4pm. Please note not we do not pick 5 days a week. Each week will vary on the number of days we pick. Finish time is flexible, on occasion the day can be shorter or longer. The role is temporary and has no fixed hours.
• 30 min am break, 30 min lunch break unpaid.
• Minimum wage depending on age.
• Training; Members of the team will provide all training which starts at 8am. We will split everyone into groups on the day to work together.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
