Jark Worcester is recruiting Fruit Pickers on behalf of our client based in the Alcester area.

Duties:

• Picking a variety of fresh fruit
• Following quality standards and picking instructions
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Requirements:

• Own transport is essential due to the rural location and lack of public transport
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual outdoor work
• Happy to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• No previous experience required – full training provided
• Flexible to start when the season begins, as the exact start date will depend on crop conditions

Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 7:00am – 4:00pm (hours may vary depending on crop and weather)

Pay:

• £12.71ph
