How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and oversee continuous improvement initiatives that significantly enhance operational excellence across engineering projects.
• Drive strategic cost reduction programs by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing resource utilization across the organization.
• Implement and champion process improvements that uphold quality and safety standards while maximizing efficiency.
• Analyze performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support transformation and process optimization projects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical or non-technical roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions.
• Experience leading operational excellence initiatives and delivering measurable financial benefits at a senior level.
• Strong analytical skills to develop and track KPIs and performance metrics, with a focus on strategic impact.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior management and stakeholders effectively.
