Full job description

We are looking for a head chef to run our stunning barn conversion restaurant located on the South Coast for 6 weeks from Mid-July to end of August. The restaurant is in very beautiful location and close to the beach.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced chef to help us run the restaurant full time for the 6 weeks we are open, providing our guests with fine dining in the evening using the highest quality seasonal, locally sourced organic food.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the restaurant.

Start date beginning of July to prepare and design menu and meet/find kitchen team.

If required, there is on site accommodation in one of our bell tents available.

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
