  • Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining operational feasibility
  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining environment
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Train staff on cooking techniques, food presentation, and hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on food production and team management
  • Extensive culinary experience encompassing cooking techniques, food preparation, and menu development
  • Strong kitchen experience with a thorough understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation standards
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams within a fast-paced environment
