Full job description

SALARY INCLUDES UP TO 13K TRONC

We are currently looking for a Head Chef to join the team here at Thaikhun Manchester. You would be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that all company standards are delivered and all due diligence compliance is completed and being followed. You will need to be able work in a fast paced and vibrant environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a comparable role within a high-volume kitchen, preferably with experience preparing and cooking Asian cuisine.

A successful candidate will be flexible, diligent, and reliable with fantastic attention to detail and superb levels of cleanliness.

Not required but will increase chances of a successful application:

· A working knowledge of Thai food and Ingredients.- Training will be provided

· A passion for delivering excellent food quality

· Food safety certificate at level 3 or willing to work towards it

· A positive working attitude

· Ability to work in a team and with others

· Willingness to learn new skills and develop existing
