Talent Acquisition Partner - Head Office

Profile

At SEPHORA UK, beauty isn’t just what we sell - it’s who we are. It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape the future of SEPHORA UK by attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across our Head Office functions.

Working in close partnership with hiring managers and HR, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio including eCommerce, Digital, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Operations. As a trusted talent advisor, you'll go beyond filling vacancies - building strong talent pipelines, delivering outstanding candidate experiences and influencing hiring decisions that support our continued growth. You'll also play a key role in strengthening SEPHORA's employer brand, bringing innovative attraction strategies to life and ensuring we remain a destination employer for top talent.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs, developing effective attraction and hiring strategies across a range of corporate functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing strategy through to offer management and handover to HR for onboarding.
  • Proactively source and engage high-calibre talent through a combination of direct search, networking, referrals, talent pipelines, social media and external partnerships.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for key and future-critical roles, ensuring SEPHORA has access to diverse and high-quality candidate pipelines.
  • Screen, assess and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews and providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coach and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a consistent, inclusive and high-quality selection experience.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, meaningful feedback and strong stakeholder management.
  • Analyse recruitment activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement and informed talent decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with relevant employment legislation, internal policies and data privacy requirements.
  • Support broader Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives that enhance SEPHORA's visibility, reputation and ability to attract top talent.

What you’ll bring…

You are a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to solve hiring challenges. Commercially minded and highly proactive, you combine strong recruitment expertise with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building diverse, high-performing teams.

  • Proven experience recruiting corporate and specialist functions, either in-house or within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Experience hiring mid to senior-level professionals across functions such as Digital, eCommerce, Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR or Operations.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies and attracting passive talent through direct search and market mapping.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and build credibility at all levels.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with a consultative approach to hiring decisions.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable using recruitment metrics and insights to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
  • Passion for people, retail and creating exceptional experiences that reflect SEPHORA's values and culture.

Beautiful Benefits at SEPHORA UK

When you join SEPHORA, you’re joining a team that we truly value and our benefits reflect that. Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Private Healthcare, Life Assurance and Private Pension from day one.
  • Competitive pay that grows with you, including annual salary reviews.
  • A generous employee discount across the world’s best beauty brands.
  • A paid day off on your birthday.
  • Access to a wellbeing and perks platform.
  • LVMH Heart Fund support.
  • Generous holiday allowance, with the option to buy more.
  • And more…

Together, we belong to something beautiful.

SEPHORA is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace for all. We do not discriminate in recruitment, hiring, training, advancement, or other employment practices. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating and fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
