We have Support Worker/Personal Assistant Vacancies available in Bury, where our aim is to help, support and creating meaningful lives for the people we support. The Role

This role sits within out specialist mental health service supporting a male individual with autism so previous experience supporting adults with autism is desired. The role will be varied and no day will be the same, the person we support enjoys being active and busy, so a large part of the role will be to support them in the community and promote their independence.

The ideal candidate will be flexible so we can continue to support our people supported around the clock. Providing the best possible support is a priority for us at Future Directions CIC, and we need to maintain that their needs are met.

Shifts may include; Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Sleep ins and Waking Nights (Sleep in and Waking Night Enhancements).

All successful candidates will be required to complete a fully paid induction, which will take place in Chadderton, Oldham (OL9). This is a 9 day induction (Over 2 weeks) and we require all successful applicants to attend all days.

Pay: £13.95 per hour
