- Support residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration and daily living activities.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing at all times.
- Observe and report changes in residents' wellbeing appropriately.

- Support residents to participate in meaningful activities and positive daily experiences.
- Encourage confidence, independence and social engagement.
- Assist residents to maintain routines, preferences and individual interests.

- Work collaboratively with nursing, care, activities, catering, housekeeping and wider teams.
