Job Description:

NB - This role is a 15-month FTC

At TJX Europe, we believe people do their best work when they feel supported, valued and well. That’s why we’re continually evolving how we care for our associates — and this role is at the heart of that journey.

We’re looking for an Occupational Health & Wellbeing Manager to develop and deliver our Occupational Health provision across the UK and Ireland. From partnering with providers and improving processes, to supporting complex cases and guiding HR teams, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right support is in place when it matters most.

You’ll use data to spot trends, inspire change, and help us build a more proactive, inclusive approach to wellbeing — including areas like reasonable adjustments and neurodiversity support.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in Occupational Health and case management

  • A practical, people-focused approach to complex situations

  • Comfortable working with stakeholders and external providers

  • A focus on continuous improvement and making a positive impact

This is an excellent chance to create a meaningful difference in a business that genuinely cares about its people.

Apply now and help develop the future of wellbeing at TJX.

  • You must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying to.

As proud as we are of our past success, it’s our future that excites us most. We strive to provide opportunities for growth, recognition and a competitive salary and benefits package. Share our determination to think bolder and bigger, and be part of our future. We consider all applicants for employment without regard to age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and/or sexual orientation.
